Ottawa Fall Festivals 2021 Training

Here's what we expect from you:

• You must be at least 14 years old by the time the festival starts
• You complete all of the shifts you sign up for
• You comply with our Volunteer Code of Conduct
• You keep a positive approach to Customer Service
• You thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• You treat staff, volunteers, patrons, and performers with professionalism & courtesy
• We require all volunteers to adhere to our festival covid-19 protocols, including wearing a mask, and providing proof of complete vaccination.

Here's what you can expect from us:

• Free access to onsite festival shows while you’re not on shift
• Being part of our Volunteer Team Behind Bluesfest, an integral part of what makes our events unique and meaningful
• An updated volunteer t-shirt as your uniform
• A free boxed lunch on days when you have a shift
• A letter of confirmation for any hours worked for a high school or community requirement (available upon request)

Hours of Operation

Event Dates: September 16, 17, 18 and September 23, 24, 25, 2021

Operational Hours: Gates open at 5:00 PM daily, last show is between 9:30 and 10:30 PM

Volunteer Check-In: Open 3:00 – 9:00 PM Daily*
*Please arrive for free show check-in no later than 8:45 PM

Volunteer Welcome Centre: Open 3:00 – 10:30 PM Daily*
*Bag check closes promptly at 10:30PM, anything not picked up will be securely stored and available the next festival day
