Performer Hospitality (18+)

Performer Hospitality volunteers are ambassadors providing general hospitality to and looking after requests from performers including, but not limited to, those relating to dressing rooms/backstage, meals, and other on-site requirements.

Photography (18+)

The volunteer photo team focuses on photographing extraordinary folk volunteers as they work
and enjoy the festival. Combining photography with some videography, this team captures
volunteers in their element to find their most memorable moments, their favourite festival
experiences, and the magic of why they keep coming back to volunteer.

signage (14-17)(18+)

The signage crew is a small but important group of volunteers that do mostly pre- and
post-festival work in placing and taking down signage throughout the festival grounds.

Silent Auction (14-17)(18+)

The Silent Auction area monitors bids on festival memorabilia, and various other donated items. Proceeds from the Silent Auction support the CItyFolk “Folk in the Schools” and “What’s in the Song” music initiatives.

Volunteer Check-In (14-17)(18+)

The Volunteer Check-In, located in the Horticulture Building at Lansdowne Park, is the pre-shift check-in area for all volunteers. Volunteers must check-in before the start of each shift receiving a food voucher, volunteer t-shirt, and accreditation to gain access to the festival.
