The Volunteer Check-In, located in the Horticulture Building at Lansdowne Park, is the pre-shift check-in area for all volunteers. Volunteers must check-in before the start of each shift receiving a food voucher, volunteer t-shirt, and accreditation to gain access to the festival. *NEW* Lots of shift availability!

50/50 RAFFLE (14-17)(18+)
Were you born to roam the fields of CityFolk? Do you want to help us raise money for our music education initiatives? If so, the 50/50 Raffle team needs your energy and enthusiasm to sell tickets and make this year’s draw a success!

Beer Tents (18+)
Are you quick on your feet and like staying on your toes? Do you work well with others and excel at two-way communication with a variety of other team members? If you answered ‘YES!’ to all of these questions, join our Beer Tents team where you’ll sign up to sling suds and other cool refreshments for our thirsty patrons.

Beverage Cashiers (18+)
Do you have Smart Serve AND a finely-tuned set of observation skills? Can you find the line between firm and fair? Then we’ve got a place for you on the Cashiers team, where you’ll ensure our festival-goers get their ice cold beverages in an orderly manner!

Customer Support (Box Office, Info Booth & Accessibility)(14-17)(18+)
This team combines Accessibility, Info Booth, and Ticket Help volunteers and combines a trove of festival knowledge! As part of our Customer Support crew, you will be responsible for welcoming patrons, answering questions and helping people get around the site.

FLOATERS (14-17) (18+)
This is a great place to start for new volunteers as it’s a taste of a bunch of different crews! This crew is essential as it supports all other crews onsite that are short-handed at various points during the festival. Sometimes the crew will be very busy while at other times, there may be a bit of waiting for the next assignment.

Green Team (14-17)(18+)
Are you green-minded? If so, this crew is for you! As an integral part of the festival’s green initiatives, this
crew acts as environmental ambassadors for the festival by working hard to keep the festival clean of
garbage, managing our recycling and composting programs, and spreading the green message.

Hotel Casino Lac Leamy Suites and VIP Zone (18+)
We have merged our two onsite VIP areas into one team to provide patrons with the best streamlined VIP experience possible during their time at CityFolk. Located near TD Stage, our Casino Lac-Leamy Suites have private access to seating, bar, catering, and washroom facilities, and an amazing team of volunteers who know how to make the VIP experience unique for every patron.

Site Services is responsible for managing pre-festival inventory and purchasing, daily on-site dispatch, delivery, pick-up, providing labour for site set-up, and post-festival inventory and storage.
